Office Hours

Cardiology Consultants of Houston, LLP staff members are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Our main telephone number is 713.796.2668.  We do have an automated answering system, however, at anytime you may press 0 to immediately be transferred to the reception area.  For a complete list of departments, phone and facsimile numbers, please click on the Contact Us tab on the left-hand side of the screen.  We offer direct dial numbers to all departments and personnel in our office. 

Emergency and/or After Hours Calls

If you have an emergency or situation that needs attention outside of our regularly scheduled office hours, please call our main number, 713.796.2668.  The phone call will be answered by our answering service.  The service will obtain all pertinent information and forward the information to the physician in our practice who is on call.
 

Appointments

Office consultations are available by appointment only and, depending on the physician, scheduled Monday through Friday.  For patient convenience we offer morning and afternoon appointment times for consultations and diagnostic studies.  When scheduling your appointment, please have your insurance card available so that correct information may be obtained in order to verify benefits and coverage. 

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify the office prior to the date of your appointment to either re-schedule or cancel your appointment.  This will allow us an opportunity to place another patient appointment into that vacated slot.  It is especially important to give at least a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation for any scheduled nuclear stress test due to the special drugs that are ordered specifically for this type of study.
